Scalerator® is a proven, results-driven program to help entrepreneurial leaders quickly, profitably and sustainably grow their business. One-page overview. The cohort-based Scalerator faculty have completed 21 Scalerators in six countries with the same results – the majority of the participants grow, with first new growth in the first few weeks. The Scalerator consists of a unique blend of proprietary tools, frameworks, team exercises and faculty-led discussions that have helped almost 400 companies enter into new, rapid growth trajectories. The Scalerator is delivered by a world-class team of practitioner-academics who have grown companies and taught thousands of entrepreneurs, executives and students at Harvard, Columbia, and Babson how to scale up their companies.
Burton D. Morgan Foundation and Richard J. Fasenmyer Foundation brought Scalerator to Northeast Ohio in 2017 and based on the success continue to the support of the program. Scalerator NEO is offered at no cost to selected companies, but many more companies will apply than are chosen.
